Item Property, read only, FormFields class

Description

Returns a specific member of a FormFields collection either by position or by key.

Syntax

vItem = FormFields.Item (Index as Variant)

Index	Variant			Field name or index.

Returns

Return value depends on number of source document fields with the same name.
- one ScriptUtils.FormField if the index is a numeric expression
- one ScriptUtils.FormField if the index is a name of a source field and source form contains the name of the souce field only one time.
- ScriptUtils.FormFields collection if index is a name of multiselect field (source form contains the name more than once).
- Empty ScriptUtils.FormField if the name does not match any name of field from the source form.

You can use ScriptUtils.FormFields.Count property to get a number of form items with specified name in the source form.

Remarks

Index is based to 1 (for compatibility with Request.Form).
Use ScriptUtils.FormFields.MultiItem property instead of ScriptUtils.FormFields.Item property to enumerate MULTIPLE SELECT fields.
